This division is responsible for activities in the technical area and can carry out a number of functions including:

Consulting in architectural conservation, restoration and protection of buildings and monuments with particular reference to consolidation and water repellent treatment.

Consulting and problem solving for building companies in diagnosing and solving customer complaints regarding problems incurred in construction.

Consulting in the use of chemicals in formulating and using surface coatings on behalf of client companies.

Technical formulation work in resins (including acrylics, epoxies, silicones) and solvents for the following areas:
- Adhesives
- Sealants
- Building chemicals
- Mouldings
- Coatings
Assisting in supplying confidential assistance in technical activities at times of overload of client personnel.
